Disappointing communication and follow-through. First, we waited in the lobby for check-in much longer than we needed to. A very unfriendly clerk said our room wasn't ready and to come back in two hours. A half-hour later I asked another clerk and she said the room had been ready. Only plus was the restaurant staff/food and the free airport shuttle/driver. They were awesome. Pool looked nice, too. Room was decent, but dark. I'd recommend NOT doing express check out if possible because I think this place attempts to do fraudulent charges. I've concluded this because I noticed a charge for parking after leaving (we took Uber and the shuttle, no car) and tried to get it reversed. A lady on the phone took a while on hold then said she needed to talk to the "parking guy". Then she finally said he'd be back the next day and he'd call me back. No call ever received. Then I left a review and the manager responded with a generic response. I replied again about reversing the parking charge and NO RESPONSE. Then I left a message with accounting. NO RESPONSE. Shady and a waste of time. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I hope they charge Four Points a hefty fee for their carelessness. I bet they do this so much and get away with it, which is why they showed NO CARE in resolving issues.

Positive: The location of this hotel was wonderful! It made for a quick shuttle ride to the airport in the morning. Negative: Our group had three different rooms so we could tell real quick that the center tower was not like the other 2 towers. The center looked like an old motel room with the window next to the door looking out into the hallway. The room was old, small and tiny

Positive: Staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. Shower water pressure and temperature maintenance were nice. Negative: The hotel was extremely under maintained. It was shocking that this hotel is a Sheraton. Sinks in every room had hard to turn water handles. Bath tubs did not drain and overfilled within minutes. No fridges or microwaves.Parking price was ridiculous also.

If I could give this hotel one star I would. Starting off with checking in, none of the employees there were able to help me and other guests look for our room we were lost for more than an hour walking around to only find out that the employees were giving us the wrong directions. After the hour went by we finally found our room because a kind security guard was able to direct us to a different elevator. Now once we went into our room we noticed it was extremely hot, however we couldn’t turn down the AC because it didn’t work. To add on the tub clogged up with water when showering. Being so exhausted we just wanted to relax and sleep for the night for the next day. Since the bathroom was lacking towels and water we decided to call customer service for help. We called multiple times, five of which an employee answered and mentioned we were going to be receiving our items soon. Acknowledging the amount of people that stay there we understand how busy it may get however we waited the entire night and no one ever showed up. Not to mention our TV didn’t work there was no microwave included and there were stains in the bedroom such as on the sheets on the walls even though it is a non-smoking hotel. The worst part is that there was a water leakage on the carpet. We basically were stepping on wet carpet outside of the bathroom where we had to lay out our only towels available. Overall, it was a very bad experience because you would like to think that for the money that you pay to stay at a semi-decent hotel you would get good customer service in return. This hotel does not satisfy. I do not recommend this place.

Book your room for the clubhouse rate. Its a beautiful space that's accessible with your room key . Endless coffee tea water soda. 24 hour a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available during specified times. There are t.v. moniters and sitting areas. For those who didn't experience the clubhouse perks, book clubhouse on your next stay.
The shuttle service is so good, I like to use the hotel just for parking.
Let me know, I would like to complain also. That place sucks. Bad attitudes!
Just find the stops for the hotel and private shuttles on the upper (departure) level, and look for the shuttle with the hotel name.
Concierge is 24/7 and probably has the best answer.
Yes, they received my package for free a few days before I arrived at the hotel
3pm check in checkout 11am place is nothing like the pictures. Parking is super expensive. The 1st room was not clean and the 2nd room had stuff still in the refrigerator. Try another hotel if you can.
I suggest contacting the hotel prior to your package arrival to ensure the hotel is aware and that itll arrive before your reservation or arrival. Otherwise they may send it back with the carrier stating wrong address.
Parking is not free. Breakfast is free if you're platinum member of SPG.
Yes, it is. And is really good!!! I used it for watch videos and social media and worked well. But only for guests if you aren't one you can buy Wi-Fi access.
They are 3 blocks down century blvd
You must have a government issued ID, so likely 18. You usually need a credit/debit card as well, but that can be pre-arranged. If you have a minor traveling alone, you might call the hotel and ask to speak to the manager. Explain the situation and maybe they'll offer a solution.
Yes. Parking for guests is paid and I believe varies based upon your stay. When you check-in they give you a card that allows you access to the parking deck which is around the back of the building.
I took the shuttle to the airport 3 days ago and it was perfect! They park right out front of the hotel and leave every 20 minutes.
Parking is $30+/day for guests. I guess it'll be within same range
You should ask the reception for this , it depends on how late you want the check out.
No bed bugs
It runs every 10 to 15 min, 24 hours a day. So basically constantly. You have to go to the red hotel shuttle pick up area outside of baggage claim.
No
They held bags for me recently with no problem.
Call them
I wouldnt stay there. Parking is expensive and rooms are extremely outdated. Room smelt of mildew and i fought with the desk person to switch me for the longest time and they still refused to switch me.
We stayed for a week so we got a discounted rate. It was $18 a day. Im pretty sure its almost $30 for shorter stays.
The shuttle is usually pretty quick.
No Breakfast is $ 24 to $ 50 there are nearby places for breakfast that tastes better is faster and is cheaper.
