Just find the stops for the hotel and private shuttles on the upper (departure) level, and look for the shuttle with the hotel name.
Just wait for the hotel shuttle pick up out side of the terminal... Look for the four point by Sheraton shuttle... the shuttle will be runs every 20 -30 minutes
Just show up. Shuttle runs every 15 to 30 minutes all day.
