put us in a stinky, dingy room which we got locked out of because the door broke, were late to an event we were in town for while we waited for maintenance to get our door unlocked. girl at front desk promised a refund for the night but when we called a couple days later to get it the manager was so rude and refused to help us. i’ve stayed at motels that were nicer than this place and has much better service.

The room was very nice, clean and beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional in every way. Stayed 4 nights and each was quiet and fitted our needs perfectly. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and enjoy their restaurants, amenities and gracious hospitality.

Bed is great and linen is clean. Liked that there was no valet at the time and parked myself. Noisy A/C and the room could use an upgrade,especially the bathroom. Homeless tents surrounding downtown is scary and sad and really downgraded the downtown ambiance of the past.

This is an older hotel but it is very well maintained and decorated. I found this place on Groupon so I got a really good deal for our trip to Universal Studios. It was only about a 5 minute drive away. The bed was very, very comfortable which was the best part of my stay. Room was clean & staff was friendly. The only complaint is the parking fee. $22 for self park or $27 for valet. Other than that, no complaints.

Yes it is but this hotel is horrible. They have a huge ant problem. Ants were even in my bed and in the bathtub. They need to remodel this hotel. I won't be staying here ever again.
