Want to love it but I can't. Nicely furnished hotel in a solid location, but the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired. Housekeeping seemed to consistently avoid my room for some reason, even after I mentioned it to the front desk staff. On top of that, there was also a leak from my bathroom ceiling 🤷🏻‍♂️. The rooftop pool and restaurant is nice but small, so expect it to be crowded if you visit at peak times.

The rooms are neat . The hotel charges extra $25 per person for some admin cost. What’s comes with the $25 per person is $10 credit to buy anything in the hotel. Other things that are free :4mile transport to the surrounding area per day(if I am not wrong ) , gym, fruit infused water at the lobby , free coffee all day, free wifi, towels , shampoo and body wash. The food items in the suite and bath robe if used will be extra charges. The hotel is situated in a business area so the roads are quite during weekends. There is no parking and offers only Valet parking . Not sure how much is the valet parking . But there is a parking lot next to McD outside another hotel That parking lot offers $30 per day . The hotel is close to academy museum of motion pictures and you should try the restaurant called “The counter” around the area . It gives you option to customize your burger/sandwich. Very delicious and fair price. The hotel is good and close to many amenities . Enjoyed the stay here. This hotel is mostly for business people as it is closer to offices.

The location is great. The rooms were spacious and clean, overall. However, the communication is horrible! Was never informed that housekeeping was upon request. Secondly, left some items behind called right away, stated they were looking into it. Not one call back from my multiple calls. I did receive a general email from Kristina, replied to her over a week. Again, no word. Take full responsibility for leaving $300 sneakers behind but a courtesy call back, would’ve been nice.
