If your looking for a place to actually sleep this isn’t the place! We were there Thursday- Sunday for work and every night from 11pm- 2pm we couldn’t sleep because of noise! We told front desk every night and they just wrote in notebook and noise continued! I’m not talking regular hotel noise I’m talking a full on WWe match or square dance was going on above us!!! Insane! Worst trip ever … we normally stay around corner at Another place but wanted to try something new … bad move!!! Don’t do it there are plenty others to choose from!

My original review is below, which was a 3star, the response from the hotel also below. Too bad they don’t really care. After a call to the hotel with a promise to call back 11 days ago, and an email to Hilton with a 3 day call back promised, 4days ago, I still have no resolution. I guess I’m not expecting anything anymore. But I did expect more from Hilton. Orig post:The hotel was very clean and neat. It is a bit tricky to find but not too bad. Google is just a bit mixed up in parts of the roads. But bring ear plugs as the Interstate noise is loud. We also were placed in a room beneath a loud family who came home at midnight with their playful pet and 90 minutes of loud stomping around the room before things finally settled down. But the desk person said “sorry “, so I guess it’s either not a big deal or it happens often. Even though there are multiple signs on every floor touting their quiet restful nights and if you’re not completely satisfied they would take care of your stay.

Hotel was tucked back off the main road but was close to plenty of restaurants. Very clean, plenty of amenities, pool area and outdoor patio looked awesome, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. We stayed in room 422. Tons of room for a family of 5. Great beds and bedding, housekeeping did a nice job cleaning. Wonderful experience, will strongly consider this location when traveling thru the Clarksville/Louisville area.

Stayed for 3 weeks for a work project. Overall decent experience however the trash cans throughout the hotel were constantly overflowing. Requested room to be cleaned and they forgot, but rectified the issue quickly. Good experience, some additional attention to detail would make the stay better.
