Came here many years ago before a trip and had the best results the first time! Bronzy, even and natural I loved it so much that I brought my friend here last year to get sprayed before a trip. The first time I chose medium and because of the great results I had previously, I opted this time for the dark and so did my friend. First, I noticed the tanning room was very dusty and looked like it hadn't been wiped down or cleaned in a WHILE. It was (and is) still COVID so I was surprised but I put the paper slippers on, and got sprayed in the machine. I remembered the poses from the last time so it was easy. It was not hot that day so I didn't sweat nor did I take a shower after going home to ensure the most absorption. I exfoliated and shaved the night before and made sure not to apply any lotion as well. I waited, and waited, and waited...nothing. Absolutely NOTHING happened except a few streaks on the side of my arm. I got NO color whatsoever! Mind you I am fair so even if I had chosen the light color I should have seen a difference. My friend BARELY got golden and also only in some parts. We traveled from another borough and took two trains to get there so I was so highly disappointed. We wasted our time and money. The girl who helped us was very sweet and extremely helpful and friendly but I will not be coming back and neither will my friend, not will I be recommending this place to anyone, in fact I highly advise against it. Not sure if they had just reopened after being closed due to COVID and the product was expired or the machine didn't spray properly but they need to keep up on all of that before opening to the public. Also upkeeping with sanitary measures is highly recommended for this place, COVID or not.

I've come to Bronze Boutique & Spa several times for a full body airbrushed tan. I always have Heike do my airbrush— she does a great job and makes the whole experience stress free. As someone who has always been self conscious her demeanor really puts me at ease. It's quick and easy and I get tons of compliments.
