I’ve been to multiple LV stores in the city and this was honesty one of the best experience so far. I really appreciate Monique for making sure the whole time I felt comfortable in the store. Everyone in the store had a positive attitude.

I recently purchased a bag from this store and never would I ever buy again from this line. I bought a new luggage bag from them trusting it would be in best condition. However, the bag has scratches on it so I decided to return it. I was informed that it cannot be returned since the tag has been personalized which I am not aware of and the only option they have provided is to swap the bag with one their stocks in New York and I keep the personalized tag. Monique, the team lead that time told me that the they are not sure if it is in better condition than the one I have. Take note this is supposed to be brand new bags. Eventually, she informed me it will take 2 days for the bag to delivered to them and she will give me an update about it. 8 days after, no message, email or call from the store regarding the bag. I tried messaging and calling the number provided to me but no one responded. Never would I ever purchase anything from this brand ever again after this.
