The stay here started off on such a high note that every other great thing about the hotel has been a happy bonus! The staff are wonderful and a great way to start a trip. I was treated especially well by Karina and the manager Juanita. They are both such a credit to the hospitality business and as I was watching make everyone feel welcome. I will definitely stay here in the future and will recommend it when I can!

Took my wife and 2 kids here for a family vacation in LA for 3 nights. Check in was easy, but there was $100 deposit I was not made aware of before booking. Also parking is $25 per night or $20 for IHG members. They also charge $12 per person for breakfast so we didn’t eat at the hotel. The elevators were fast, and everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable and so was the room. Nice channel selection on TV and every room has a beautiful view of the surrounding LAX area. I’d recommend staying here, and I may stay here again. The parking spots are very small sized and tight so parking later at night can be a little rough, but overall everything was good.

Awesome place to stay. My husband and I just had our anniversary and we really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very kind and it really stood out to us how much attention to detail they had. To us, the room and all that doesn't really matter so much when staff can't be bothered. These guys were awesome, from the person that checked us in to the security guard Tony that went out of his way to help us with his knowledge of the area. He stood out a lot to me because generally security just sits there and looks around but he was actually engaging guests and becoming a part of the experience! Awesome job w hiring the right people!!!!!

The location of the property is in louder area - near by main road and crosswalk. Around the hotel you can see many homeless people - after dark does not give you safety feeling. The rest of the things - staff is lovely and attentive. I stayed in the hotel for over a week - 10 days - breakfast included. The funny fact is - breakfast service: •17$ per person. •Poor choice of selection. •Every morning even if you order the same omelette- it is different ! One day it’s without bacon, another without toast, no potatoes and etc. • one day you can order orange juice and a coffee - on the next morning it is only 1 drink ! I work in hospitality industry, I like to observe. How to make this hotel more attractive for Europeans? Buy few bikes - rent it out only for people who stay in a hotel. More millennials will stay - due to the hotel is far away from bus stops.

You have to check with the hotel. They told me the shuttle was only from the hotel to the airport and from the airport to the hotel
The shuttles are just outside the airport. Under some red signs that say "hotel shuttles". You won't get lost trying to find them at all, it is really evident to see them. Then you just wait there and see your shuttle. There are a lot of hotel shuttles so just be patient to wait for yours. The run about every 15-20 minutes. Hope it helps!

They have some parking right behind the hotel and there is also a parking garage. It's $22 a night for parking.
outside each terminal there is a bus stop that says hotel shuttle buses pick up. .just wait at sign til bus comes.all hotel buses stop at these bus stopss so when you see bus( it has holiday inn lax and la quinta written on it just step forward or put hand up so driver sees you as its really busy outside..1 comes every 20 /30 minutes.
If you paid for it,there's no way your friend can get it back as far as your card and name is on file. She has to provide proof that she's the one that paid to be able to get any refund.

Hi. Shuttle to and from the airport is available 24 hrs and it's free of cost. It does not take more than 15 mins to get to the airport but leave the hotel 30 mins before as you might have to wait a bit for the shuttle to pick you up.
