Customer Service was horrible. Staff untrained. My daughter and I went to see a movie there and the man at the counter sold us tickets to the next day show. As the movie was about to begin, a woman informed us those were her seats. A staff member took us back to the front desk and gave us seats in the very front left corner of the theater, as the show has almost completely sold out. We told them this was not acceptable and only agreed to give us two comp tickets. Absolutely horrendous customer service. The managers attitude was horrible and they need better training of there employees. One star is too generous. Avoid this place

I’ve been here twice in the last month, and all I can say is that it’s okay. First visit was for a late showing, experience was fine. Only got a soda at the snack counter because the prices are obscene no matter what you’re looking for. Seat that we selected, as there were two, was missing the armrest and made it very uncomfortable to sit in and enjoy the movie. Second visit was for a matinee showing, and left a lot to be desired. Snack counter area was a mess. Staff were mediocre in attentiveness and service. Theater was better, but it was also a different theater/seat, so I expected it to be. With the cost of a ticket being what it is, and the cost of snacks and drinks being what they are, just pay for Netflix and wait…

This used to be a cozy nice cinema experience but they have lost their touch!! Management is so rude, they even hang up my call when I called for clarification I needed. I had booked a wrong theater and did not need to cancel my booking, but to just be transferred into another theater since there were still MANY seats at the time I wanted to watch the movie. At first they could not understand my request then after they understood, they said there isn't much they could do for me. I just had to cancel and rebook and incur additional costs after which they hang up while I was still talking!!! What kind of customer care is this? With that attitude I just fully cancelled my booking for 5 people!!!

Theater was clean and modern. Only issue was no one mentioned how to order food and nothing posted on menu or in the building on how to order food. Pushed red button at the seat but nothing happened so went to front and ordered food. Chicken tenders and fries was delicious, but mac and cheese was not worth it bland and don't get much for the price.

Yes but if you do make sure you get there with enough time ahead. Many people purchase online and you are able to pick your seats ahead of time. So if you purchase on site you might get terrible seats.
Make sure to give them your rewards card to get points. Then pay with credit card, cash, etc. when they give you the bill. Order by pushing the call button at the seat.
I used to work there. Cash is fine. The servers come and drop a check mid movie and pick it a few minutes after.
Some are dine in and it will say "dine in" next to the movie listing online or in the app.
When purchasing ANY tickets online it is always a safer bet to take a *Screenshot* of the barcode before waiting for a text. (Not just for this service but any purchases you make online; concerts, shows, tickets ect..)
Call the theater. This is Google Maps and AMC will not see your question.
I would call and ask. Sometimes they even have the length that movies will be showing for on their webpage
I think they will be understanding and issue a gift card.
You can get your tickets online and reserve your seating
2nd Dan's question. Everything you need is online. What do you need help with?
Yes I went a little early and purchased my tickets there.
Yes
When I went near July's end, I was told a server could bring food to my seat, but I'd have to order it at the bar.
Of course
You should have spoken to the manager
Your best bet is to go back to the theatre
I've never seen one there.
Varies $8-$13
I recommend any of the 3 middle rows, prices vary from weekday to weekend
Not sure call them and to find out
They're open by 11
Yes they have menus and pizza was on there. You do it all right from your seat which is a recliner. Not sure on price as i was a guest but im sure you can call and ask. I loved that movie theater!!
I'm not sure if calling would be best. Try reaching out via the Internet.
You use a pair that they give you there and you give them back (drop them into a 3D glasses return bin) after the movie is over.
You get them when you present your ticket and they are included in the ticket price
No they don't but they do have Mac &Cheese
They do have signs saying that hearing assisted devices are available, so I would say yes.
The easiest way is to talk to people working at AMC and they will get you signed up more efficient and faster.
You might be able to from the bar area. However often times to enter the main area you have to have purchased tickets to a film. A charismatic person might have no problem just telling the person scanning tickets that you just want some delicious food and will then be on your way.
Not sure check with Amc
Yes
Sorry. I dont know. I'm in Brasil today.
Left hand side have dine in
If it is a dining theater, not all the screens have dining set up
Yes
Abt 12.50, i think.
Decent food, kind of like Applebees combined with PF Chang. Something for everyone.
Amc theater flutie pass Framingham. When you order tickets online it should say if the theater is dine in there is a button to press next to your seat and it calls a waitress to you so you can order food, also full liquor licensed bar. Have Fun!
Go into their website and scroll down to the movies being shown. Click the left arrow next to the posters a few times and you will find a coming soon button. Have fun on your night out!!
The previews usually run from 10 to 15 minutes before the movie actually starts.
Yes you can.
Let me check
Free
Need the theater hours, i know the app or online tickets are available 24 hours. I need the hours that the front doors are opened to use the kiosk or when they are opened and staffed with a representative at the counter
If you join AMC Stubs all tickets on Tuesdays are 5 bucks
Teen Titans Go! To The Movies, Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation, and The Incredibles 2 are popular movies for kids playing now at the AMC theater im Framingham.
Not sure about senior pricing. If you are a part of the stubs rewards program the tickets are $5.00 on Tuesday
$12 for large
Its theaters 1-7
No.
I believe it's related to the format. 3D, IMAX...etc
As far as i know children of all ages are welcomed. Not sure what you meant with age limit for children. Their could be multiple meanins. Like how old do they need to being them there. For them to go see a movie alone. The price of their ticket. Hope it helps.
No. Theaters 1-8. It'll say it with the show as "dine-in". But even for shows in the other theaters you can order to go food from the restaurant and take it in with you. Good food.
Yes. You can buy well in advance and select your seats.
If you dont want dine-in simply ignore that feature.
Thanks & they do have a # listed which they NEVER answer which why I'm trying every other option
Call the theater. This is Google Maps info. Your question will not be seen by AMC.
If you ordered tickets online there are machines at the theater where you print them out, there by inserting the card you ordered them with.
You need to call the theater. This google question site is for genersl questions
Yes all movies, even the new releases are $5 on Tuesdays.
About 15 minutes so you are actually going to a 3:30 movie
Theaters 1-8,are for dine-in. And offer a full menu. None of the theaters are 21 plus. Any age can go to any theater. The bar area is 21 plus.
Each AMC does different things. Usually the smaller AMC locations will do specials like that. But I would call and see if it is in the works
AMC has a 3D theater but Imax has a better screen and Bose system. The food in the fine in is better since all Imax has is popcorn and candy, Jordons although has Kelly's. So if u want to see a movie in 3D go to Imax
It depends what time u go. When I buy a ticket online for daytime it's like 10, evening it's about 12
Yes, if you buy in advance you have to pick a seat
Don't think so, but you could try calling them
Yes
They open 30 mins before the first movie showing that day.
Website has information on ticket prices. It varies between afternoon and evening
You can go to the box office with the scan and they can print out 3 separate tix. That way the person arriving late can get in
The website will specify when purchasing the tickets. However, theaters 1-8 are dine in. 9-11 are not dine in.
You are better off calling them and they can probably do it over the phone if you pay card anywayd
Movies
Yes you caan
I am not sure but, they said they take all kinds discounts and are really nice
Not always......depends on the time of day.
Completely optional, but it is a nice treat, even if just a drink or an app. You can also bring in any food or drink from the lobby concessions. Note that recliners are NOT as recline-y (!) as the NON-dine-in theatres!
While theare 9 does not offer full dine in service you can order food or drinks at the bar and take them in the theatre with you.
They both work. also BJ's sells those
No.
No
You can arrive as early as you'd like. They will let you in if you have a ticket. There's a bar to sit and grab a drink and chat with your friends if you'd like.
