Theaters 1-8,are for dine-in. And offer a full menu. None of the theaters are 21 plus. Any age can go to any theater. The bar area is 21 plus.
I believe there are 10-12 dine-in auditoriums in the Framingham AMC. I don't believe I have gone to one that is only over 21 and I can't find anything online that would indicate this as an option (I may have and I just never realized it).
The AMC theater in Framingham has an over 21 dine in, other AMC theaters idk
