AMC has a 3D theater but Imax has a better screen and Bose system. The food in the fine in is better since all Imax has is popcorn and candy, Jordons although has Kelly's. So if u want to see a movie in 3D go to Imax

No, it would specifically say that it was IMAX in that specific theater. I believe some of the current IMAX AMC theaters are Leows Boston Common 19, Assembly Row 12, and Methuen 20. (the numbers are the actual AMC number to easily tell the theaters apart)
