Weird, horrible, scary experience. I'll break this review down into several parts as they were all pretty awful. Parking lot: arrived to see 4 or 5 employees (all had shirts with Launch logo on them) dumpster diving in a nearby trash area. They were clearly taking things OUT of the trash and looking at/talking about the items - I'm assuming there's a nearby store that discards items that these employees were interested in. Weird and unsettling to see it but not really my business. Check-in: the person checking us in was friendly but seemed either new or inexperienced. He didn't even give the kids wrist bands and the process was VERY slow (good thing we were the only people there at the time). Epic pass: we paid $40 for 2 hours of jumping, unlimited laser tag and unlimited zipline. When we wanted to do either the laser tag or the zipline it took several minutes to track down ONE employee and then another few minutes to actually get that employee to give us access. The employee(s) also let others, who did not purchase the Epic pass, do unlimited ziplining and laser tag - had I known that those activities would be "free" I would not have paid for the upgrade. Arcade area: there are several games that are not working or not working properly - so, we essentially "lost" money on machines that weren't working but there were not employees to complain to as they were all "busy" or could not be found. Towards the end of our time at launch a group of about 15 or so teens came out of one of one of the event rooms and proceeded to create mayhem. They were running around, yelling profanities, wrestling with each other and they had zero regard for anyone else there. One of the girls ran into me and then proceeded to stare me down. The environment felt incredibly unsafe, violent and volatile. Parking lot again: as we were leaving, there was a small suv parked in the front area with the hatchback open. It was completely full of clothing - so much so that clothing was just sitting on the pavement. There was no one near the car for at least 10 or so minutes. My teenager commented as to what a strange situation and he asked what was going on. I will not return to this location as it seems incredibly unprofessional, unsafe, unclean and violent. I have photos and video proof of some of what I witnessed but because I don't know the ages of the teens involved in all of the mayhem I don't feel as though it would be appropriate to post.

Okay, so, I wasn’t jumping but my son and his friends were and had a GREAT time. They love the variety of activities here. I sat and relaxed and ordered a pizza which was delicious and made fresh to order. Jamie at the food counter could not have been nicer and more professional. Nice staff all around.

It is new and clean, lots of obstacles and things to do. A little bit confusing with the different tiers of entrance/activities.. but that can easily be explained. My kids love playing around here. Food is actually not too bad at all. Great way to spend a little time!

All of the kids and parents had an amazing time at the birthday party we hosted. The property is in amazing shape, clean and there are plenty of options of things to do for everyone. Overall, it was perfect, thanks in large part to the staff. Thanks again for all of the hard work and we will make sure to spread the word.

Yes, there is. They installed an area especially for toddlers recently. Also, the parent jumps for free when the child is two years old or younger.
