My family and I are so disappointed in the Rehab facility. There is zero communication between EVERYONE in the facility. They do NOT talk to the family in anyway, shape or form. You call to ask questions and you get " I don't know...." You ask can someone please call me back - "sure" and NOONE calls back, not to the spouse, children, I mean NO ONE from the facility will call you back!!!! This is really sad as I really want to give grace and kudos to the PT, and OT team - they were GREAT.... I just pray that you all as a business work on the team work and COMMUNICATION - between everyone, the staff, the managers, the case managers, even the front desk. But especially the patient and their family.

Skilled staff guided me though rehab on my broken leg and ankle. I recommend this facility highly.

My father was a patient here after a below the knee amputation. Some of the staff are truly wonderful, but they are understaffed which is a management issue. As someone who works in healthcare, I feel the patient to RN/CNA ratio is not ok and there's no coverage if someone calls in sick. Same BS you see many places. Maximizing profit, by cutting corners. Ultimately this cheapness comes at the expense of patients or staff or both. In the end it can either create a bad experience for patients and potentially bad outcomes or burnout and turnover among staff. It's not a good way to run this type of business. You'll see this in some of the other reviews here. Some have a great experience because their caregivers sacrifice their own well being to provide good care. Some leave bad reviews because when no one answers your call light and you have to go to the bathroom it gets messy, uncomfortable, and harms your emotional well being. The facility/building itself is nice. Large single occupant rooms with large bathrooms. This makes a big difference for people in wheel chairs. They got that right! Nice outdoor areas to eat and socialize when weather permits. The natural light helped my father recover from post-operative delirium. It was clean with no bad smells. Good job housekeeping! You are unsung heroes. The food was adequate. I bought a meal ticket and ate with my father on several occasions. No complaints. The daily routine is good. Therapy in the morning and afternoon plus the meal times really help pass the day and my father was content to relax with some quiet time to himself in the evening. It was very social in a good way. Patients hanging out together during meal times. I think this really helped my father and I'm sure others. At most hospitals patients feel and are isolated. I'm sure there was isolation here during covid, but under normal circumstances it's good. Everyone gives you a standing ovation when/if you get to go home. If they would staff more RNs, more CNAs who are motivated, and probably more support staff on every shift it could be a wonderful place. It's better than some rehab hospitals I've been to, but there is certainly room for improvement.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother in law was here and transferred back to the hospital, and later on passed away. We went to collect her stuff 10 days later and they couldn’t find it. After several messages left they finally called back and said they had thrown all of her belongings away!!! Never a phone call, NOTHING to have alerted that they were throwing it away. Quite ridiculous you run your business like this, a simple phone call is all it would have taken to save the last few possessions my mother in law had before she passed away. We didn’t even get an apology nothing out of the deal. I just hope they fix the problem before it happens to the next family that is already devastated over the loss of a family member, but then having to deal with this.
