Went in today 20 May 2022 to get passports for me and my stepson. The lady that helped us was wonderful. Unfortunately I don't remember her name. If you need a passport they seem to have more openings available than post offices in Denver or Boulder. Highly recommend.

The ladies who work this local PO are the best! They are friendly and professional. They can answer your questions. Recently I had to send cremated ashes 1000 miles. They told me what I needed to do, no problem. I had to renew my passport, they told me what I needed to do, no problem. In 20 years I have had a few mis-delivered packages, but I do not expect perfection, because we are all human. I do know if you have a complicated problem it works better to get an answer when it is not super busy. I also know that it never hurts to be prepared with your labels, money and a smile. I have never known these postal workers to not be helpful. So please don't give them a hard time for things they can't control - like COVID regulations, the weather and other natural disasters. Try to be a little more patient the next time you have to stand in line. I guarantee if you smile at them, they will smile at you.
