The trainers and people there are highly family friendly. And the pool/slide is amazing and the workout machines have a great cleaning process. And they have amazing smart starts with great advice. The machines are great HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Hi Crafty, members and guests can use the pool; however, guests do need to pay a guest fee. As of right now, both guests and members need to make a reservation for the pool. Visit ymcanoco.org to make a reservation.
Yes. I am pretty sure they do. You can schedule something called a smart start. It basically teaches you how to use all of the equipment safely. Also you have to have a membership to get in.
Members can make 1 hour reservations online two days in advance.
