this place is an absolute nightmare! the staff here are verbally abusive and they LIE about anything to get out of doing what is MEDICALLY NECESSARY for my family member. if I could move my family member i WOULD in a heartbeat but I don't have control my sibling does and this is KILLING me! the staff here are RUDE and they are ABUSIVE and as soon as I get enough evidence I am going to the authorities!!! PLEASE do not put your loved one here if they cannot speak for themselves!!!

l have never been more embarrassed in my life l feel if you have something to say to an employee you should take them aside a talk in private. l really liked working there but you can only take so much.

that place seems like an asylum where they hire anyone and they don't do quality care surveys from the residents and their families. I can't let this go. some of those residents can't speak for themselves and their families might not know the level of NON care and abuse they are enduring!
Just deliver once a week. Not much has changed there
