We have something very similar to dried beer, we call it our smoked sliced beef.
Unfortunately I cannot do that today. If you could skin and quarter it and put it in a cooler we can take care of it from there starting Monday.
During the week we can do that and during rifle season we have weekend after hours too.
At this point in time, we do not offer delivery services.
