Reception was covered on day of incident by Adrian Garibay, he was extremely rude, and disrespectful to a member of staff, screaming , overtalking and being insulting. It was reported to the supervisor, who stated that Adrian Garibay was in her office for previous such allegations . It is unbelievable that things like this are allowed to happen! On speaking to numerous residents within the building, this is tending to be the new pattern.

The food has gone way downhill. It seems the chef is fine the cheapest of products it makes me wonder if he’s siphoning at the top. Food is in edible. Actually for assisted living who is dependent on that food. If you have any you can forget it
