I went in looking for a small pool filter. Saw four employees and not one seemed to want to help me. Three of the employees were helping one customer which didn’t seem to make sense to me. After waiting for about ten minutes I got some help but only to be told that he’s never heard of the filter I was looking for. He said good luck and walked away. I found the filter at an Ace hardware in the pool section so my question is, how come a pool and spa store has never heard of this filter of which I found ten minutes later at a hardware store? A lack of wanting to help a potential customer and straight lazy employees.
