Honestly, I usually have some type of issues. Communication is a big one and not to mention I had to open up a case to solve multiple issues. Then the regional manager tried to take care of me with one of there managers and my gf’s charger never got fixed. They bypassed wires and left the wires exposed and after that service her windshield wiper stoped working. She called multiple times and he never returned her phone call. Problem wasn’t solved, overpriced, and they add on other stuff without mentioning and do the job without your signature consent first or approval of certain jobs. I’ve had leaks after there service as well. Twice. My radiator even blew up at one point after they changed the water pump.

Recently purchased a 2022 Jeep Willy and had the best experience purchasing the vehicle. James the salesman was great to work with as well the finance managers. Had my car in for a service and detail. Loved, loved the job they did!! My car looked amazing. The service department did a great job communicating with me when they found that I needed a new fuel filter. They called me with a price and let me know when it would be done.

Overall the mechanics and technicians know what they are doing. If you have to go to the service department I highly suggest talking to anyone but Sergio, he doesn’t seem to want to help anyone and he’s very disrespectful while trying to play the role of the only person to help you. He would tell me he would call for updates and constantly lied to me about leaving messages when he never did. I only ever received one call from him and that was after they finished recalls Sergio failed to tell me about until we called after 3 days of not hearing anything from them about my car.

Depends on what tire package you choose prices vary
Depends on the type of vehicle you have. If its a late model yes. They can either cut a key or order one for you, you might also have to have it programmed so it's best to call and give them the VIN. They'll let you know the right way.
They USED to be open on Saturdays, but apparently they can't be bothered to update their website/Google with their new hours.
