I wanted to personally thank the sale floor manager (blue shirt) who hovers in and out of the knife & binoculars area for how she treated me today. If it weren't for how rude you were while I was searching for a blade, and trying to understand the differences in price, would have resulted in me mistakenly spending $60 over value; for the same knife I found at REI. Btw, the difference in the blade was the carbon content and steel structure! Little did you know that I also needed to purchase a few other higher dollar items as well for a training group, and would have gladly spent my time at Cabelas instead of driving down to Bellevue to do my business. Perhaps allow your other sales representatives do the talking for you, as a good sales representative should be patient with customers and gain their trust & business. Thank you yet again...

Alot of over priced junk at cabelas anymore. Poor selection of ammo and no selection of reloading supplies. Cabelas has really gone down hill after the buyout.

I wanted to take the opportunity to report a phenominal experience I had at the Union Gap store in Washington state. My sales reps last name was Lorenz. We came in an hour before closing and he asked us if we needed help. We told him what we needed (fishing pole for an inexperienced fisher, me). He got us all set up, strung the poles and sold us the gear we needed. He didn't over sell us but made sure we had what we needed, as well as a license. He did all this while telling great stories about camping and fishing. I was very thankful for the help and left with the impression that I could come back and get further help from him in the future. Thank you!

Worst gun store in town, high prices and terrible service. Both times I've gone in there to look at a gun it took them probably 10 minutes to even acknowledge me then they act like they're God's gift to firearms even though the guy didn't know half of what he was talking about, FYI, they don't like when you point it out and correct them. Couldn't tell me anything about the guns except how he didn't like them then tried to sell me something more expensive. I will never give them my money for a firearm.
