Such a joke. Took a day off from work because they were supposed to be here. They called at 1:00 and told me I had to reschedule while trying to reschedule they hung up on me so called back asked for a super hung up on again. Finally talked to a super and she could absolutely not care less about what was going on. Asked to talk to her boss and she informed me that she owned the building and wrote her own paycheck lol. Let them go bankrupt do not support this.

* Mr. Pate is a fantastic service technician and a great hire by the Sears Company. The scheduling folks leave a lot to be desired but Mr. Pate was number 1…..5 star. I think Sears needs to keep hold of him however they can.

I scheduled an appointment to have a technician come out to look at our waher. My appointment window was from 8-5 which meant I would miss a full day of work. I received a text the day before my appointment and they day of confirming the day and time. No one called or showed up. I had to call to find out if they would be still coming out today. I was told @ 5:15, sorry we will need to reschedule you for another day. This is unacceptable. I am so upset that I had to miss work and still don't know what's is wrong with my washer!!!!! It is very disappointing to have such long standing business show their customers such disregard for their time and money. Their resolution was to just 'escalate' it to another department. I will be contacting other repair businesses tomorrow and if I need a new washer, Sears WILL NOT get my business!!!

I live in a very small home with my husband, daughter, son-in-law and their baby, my grandson. My grandson in two, and as you can imagine, he is making messes all the time. We depend on our washer, and so when it stopped working, we were in big trouble. The repairman came out and saved the day! Not only did he repair the washer, but offered to service our dryer while he was here AND he changed the way the door opened on the dryer which made my life in our tiny house SO much better! Thank you for the great job that was timely and cost effective. I surely appreciate the quality of the service repair and the friendly, respectful service. I would like to give a shout out to the guy who came to my house, but I can't remember his name (I am sorry about that). Kudos to him!
