Comet's Covid practices are first rate, safe. Service is take out only. Take out window is plexiglassed. Staff is fully masked. Customers must maintain distancing and be fully masked. No exceptions.
They definitely have lattes and serve pretty much your standard fair of espresso drinks as well. Coffee here across the board is great. Pastries are killer too.
Comet Coffee has, by far, the best specialty coffee in Ann Arbor. Unfortunately, they do not have public rest rooms.
Next time: lady feels uncomfortably cold. She approaches the heavy-set, middle-aged male barista and asks him to turn the A/C down. The guy waddles over to the thermostat with a smile and spring in his step. All is well.
