This place is filthy, and I love Ross stores elsewhere but this one always looks like a tornado just went thru. Service is very slow w very long lines and not overly friendly.

Found everything we were looking for but the checkout wait time was horrible. They only had 2 checkers and there was a line backed up down the isle! But the staff was friendly and were doing the best with what they had to work with! Will shop here again.

I love the prices and yet It is a little hard to navigate through the store when customers constantly are throwing things on the floor. As most stores, they are low staffed due to Covid, something everybody should understand and possibly help by being a good customer and not throwing unwanted items on the floor. Last but not least, it's A little obvious that the long lines are not only due to short staffed, but because of the excellent prices. I have been able to work around the long lines by going after 9 since they have incredibly late hours or right when they open. I rarely stand in long lines. I find it hard to believe that people are expecting anything more than phenomenal prices. When you know you're getting 60 to 80% off of name brand items, You shouldn't expectMuch more.

It's so dirty and things are all over the floor. I find it stressful to go in there, let alone find anything I need. I try to avoid it during the Christmas season at all costs. The bathroom is usually disgusting with trash all over the floor. One time when I was in I saw kids throwing the dog beds on the floor and using them to jump in/on. Parents nor employees tried to stop them. Honestly one of, if not the worst, Ross I've ever been in. The one good thing about them is that the things more thoroughly.
