Depends on the type of vehicle you have. If its a late model yes. They can either cut a key or order one for you, you might also have to have it programmed so it's best to call and give them the VIN. They'll let you know the right way.
You can order a key using the VIN number from the dealership. It will take a few days to a week or so. You can go to a lockshop and have most keys made and if they have a chip they can reprogram it. However not all keys are able to duplicate
Not sure if the dealership can do that or not. I would call Valley Lock And Key. If any place in town can do it it'd be them.
