My wife got a cpap machine that was buggy, they gave her a credit towards other stuff in the store and even an extra week or two over the 30 day warranty because we live so far. The gal that works there (Virginia) tests the equipment though, knows the machines well and runs the place like a boss. They're a valid 501c3, not some shady fly by night op and they test their machines thoroughly...they usually plug it in and retest right before purchase as well to make sure pieces arent missing and everything is in working order.
