This place is a disgrace. when I try to visit my mother I am bit up by mosquitoes as soon as I get out of the car! the area she is in is never trimmed up. when my dad recently passed I called and spoke to some lady on the phone who told me my father had NOT been cremated yet!! but we just had his service 2 days prior. come to find out the idiot had the wrong file!!!!!!

So, my family and I are approaching a year next month since we’ve buried my late cousin .. last year in May, we had my cousins funeral and chose the cemetery to have to burial. Initially the reason of us choosing Hillcrest Memorial because we admired how well-kept the environment looked . Approximately two days after the burial my uncle (father of deceased) and i went into the office and sat down with Deborah to choose a tombstone after choosing a tombstone we pay the full amount . We were told that it would’ve taken approximately 8 to 12 weeks for the tombstone to arrive, 14 weeks later there was no tombstone so I decided to call and ask what was the delay, She then mentioned that instead of arriving in July it would arrive the following year (2022) in January. Upon talking to Deborah, as I verbalized my frustration …she became very argumentative. After that disrespectful conversation I did not want to speak to her again. My family is extremely displeased with this service, in the midst of grieving they also have to worry about this. We are currently reaching almost a year since we’ve has the funeral (NO CALL or EMAIL) my cousin still don’t have a tombstone. You can Only imagine the frustration of his intermediate family.. my family is so upset that they had to get another person to intervene regarding this matter. Even after having another person Intervene we are still being told to run around.. we have no choice but to go to the authorities about this matter if we don’t get the tombstone that we’ve paid for .
