The members are friendly. I go here because it's close and convenient. I will continue to do so unless there is another option. The membership price, although recently increased to 35 and change per month, is still reasonable. They take Silver Sneakers too!!! Ladies bathroom is acceptably clean. It is under new management and they seem very nice!

You have very few computers and many are out of service

Broken or very old equipment that looks abused and used. The place is dirty and dangerous with crowded machines that you can trip over and hurt yourself on. The floors are just as dangerous with rubber that sticking up and people are tripping over the rubber flooring. I discontinued my membership and went to Anytime fitness which is not too far from this place. What a difference it is to go to a clean gym with new and well kept machines.

Never..good luck. The owner is soooo inconsistent!
They always post the hours that they'll be in on the door. Its totally worth it. Ive been going to gyms my whole life and this one has everything you need without excess that unnecessarily take up space.
You can go into the gym. Staff is there between 2pm and 7pm

If you buy a year's worth, its about 25 dollars a month. They have showers, but this is not the type of gym that would have a sauna. This gym is more for the serious type without the unnecessary relaxing stuff.
