The customer service representative that helped me, I got the feeling he thought I didn't know about cellphones. I could hardly understand his English, I saw him check his text messages like three times while he was trying to help me. Then he really didn't help me with my issue. It was as if he was just there to, I don't know really what he was there for. Just didn't feel like a very welcoming Verizon store. Much unlike other stores I've been to in other states. I really really hope there is a change in the way you're treated here. Even wearing a veterans hat, he seemed to want to get me into a new phone rather than help me with mine. Not happy at all with this place.... Once again, I just returned from the store. I walked to the store, and once again I was wearing my veterans hat, not to put out that I deserve any respect, I want to make that clear, but once again the man or person at the front that was helping me basically was rude and disrespectful. Disrespectful. He was changing the music in the store while trying to listen to what my problem was. Then informed me that nobody in the store had an Android phone, that they all had iPhones, he couldn't help me with my Google pixel 6, he didn't realize that Google was coming out with a new phone next week, and basically was very rude, now what did help was that the manager came up and told me basically what I needed to know about my situation with my other phone. I will say this again if you go to the store, be prepared to be treated very rudely!

I don't understand why in 2022 it still takes an hour or more to buy a phone. Also seems like there's 20 employees in store and only 3 that can help you.

I arrived at Verizon and told the worker my issue, and he started on a wrong note with his attitude. I got the new iPhone 14pro max and ordered it from their store and have problems activating it. Instead of looking at what’s going on gives me a paper and says here to call this number and allows the people who came in after me to get help with their issue. For the price of Verizon you think there would be some customer service? Mind you this is Manager Adam basically said “go fix your issue yourself”.
