I have no idea how FedEx stays in business. Their deliveries are usually late and the drivers have no idea what customer service is. They leave packages out in front of my driveway and fail to even ring the doorbell to let me know they were delivered. How hard is this? They left live plants out there today so that was fun opening up wilted plants. What a joke! I never use FedEx if I can help it and and if I know a company is going to be shipping with them I will shop elsewhere.
