Man I have seen a lot of apartments in my time. And by far this one has been amazing. The pups LOVE the dog play area. The staff talk to me like I’m a human and not a payment option. Yeah it was a little difficult in the beginning but it got better. I’ve lived in bad apartments and I promise this is not one. Yes somethings can be changed but that’s just an opinion of preference. When it comes to needs they hit the mail head on.

I could not be happier with my recent move to the Johnstown Plaza Apartments! My fiancé and I had been searching for a place that would meet both of our needs, and ultimately, a place that we could call home. From the very beginning of the application process, we felt very welcomed by the the staff who seemed as if their primary goal was to accommodate our needs. They were extremely personable and went above and beyond to ensure we had all of our questions answered. We have loved each and every amenity this complex has to offer…from the new pool, 24 hr gym, trash pick up, building wifi, basketball courts and easy parking. The complex has also brought both my fiancé and I joy as it is located directly behind Johnstown Plaza’s shopping center (for my fiancé lol) as well as there being multiple small bodies of water around the complex that I can fish from in my free time. The mountain view that we have is remarkable and picture perfect and is what my fiancé and I long for in the mornings featuring a cup off coffee. The apartments are also located centrally and are the perfect place to live whether you work in the Greeley, Johnstown, Fort Collins, Loveland or Windsor area’s. We have appreciated how well these apartments have been built! The walls are thick as we hardly ever hear any noice from neighbors. Not to mention, this is a very dog friendly complex and barking is also not a problem! We feel extremely safe living here with building key access required to enter. We have lived here for 3 weeks now. We really enjoy our apartment and all the people here. Front office staff are fantastic and the property is fantastic. I have met so many kind neighbors…I really enjoy living here

Pros, the staff is extremely courteous, and kind. Cons, the construction is of terrible quality. Maintenance is constantly repairing items that fall apart. The elevator has broken 3 times. They shut the water off 3 times for repairs. The pool and hot tub have had broken railing, and other quality control issues (I have pics to prove it). The amenities have been slow to be constructed, much slower than initially promised. The water heater tank is small. If you are not on the top floor, you will hear your upstairs neighbor walking on floor. I would not recommend.
