We had an issue last year with trying to receive our holding deposit refunded (we ended up canceling our application within the time frame) Thomas is amazing that is all I can say! He ended up getting everything fixed (which before hand ended up being an 8 month nightmare) and because of him we received our check shortly after him taking over. Seriously one of the best leasing agents we have ever came across! Thank you so much Thomas!!

What is going on??? The grounds look horrible! Weeds and dog waste EVERYWHERE!!! The office is NEVER open so we can't even talk to anyone! We have been here for over 2 years and our rent is going up $200 and the facilities are going downhill quickly! Diana in the office and Kevin in maintenance were great but they are gone!;Please help! weeeb

Honestly, I am very disappointed by how things were run within this organization within the last year. First off, the property is very unkept and “trashy.” Every week the dumpster we used never failed to fill up while trash piled over. Dog feces also littered the complex outside. The apartments themselves were pretty nice, but don’t expect to get any help from the maintenance crew for days if something happens to break. We went without a fridge for 4 days before they finally got back to us, and it wasn’t until the next day that they actually delivered us a new fridge. By that point all of the food we had had gone bad so there was money out the door due to a lack of urgency. Additionally, the office staff was not very welcoming any time I had to stop into the leasing office. They had the attitude that they would rather be anywhere else helping me, and I don’t blame them. The manager was always off in the back doing who knows what and I never actually met the man. One man who worked there in early January, Adam I think, was extremely unhelpful and borderline rude to my girlfriend and I not explaining things in full detail to us, resulting in us going back to the leasing office three times in one day due to him not filling explaining himself from the beginning. One final note that I’ll offer is that please b upfront about your hidden fees you throw in someone’s lease. I was aware for the charges for water sewer trash (also consider making the trash valet optional because we never used it once and wasted $30 a month for us to walk the trash down ourselves), but no where in our lease did it mention the charges for “utility billing” (still not sure what this is) “pest control” (which is a joke because pests litter this premises, and about half a dozen others that added up by around $90 when all said and done. I was not happy with this and felt scammed out of my money after learning this would be a reoccurring monthly charge. Overall, I did like the actual apartment itself and it is in a good area of town, but the rude office staff, the unkept/dirty walkways, and the hidden fees prevented me from resigning with PeakView at T-Bone Ranch.
