Very rude and disrespectful people! Have been there multiple times, never was remotely ssatisfied with the way they behaved. Not sure if that because I am brown or they are rude in general.

I don’t normally have a problem with usps but lately it hasn’t been going well. My mail is sent ok but when I request a pick up they never pick up the items that need to go out and I give clear instructions. I even called usps today to confirm it. I don’t have a car so this service is good when it works. I am very upset I will have to wait until Monday when my apartment managers office will open so she can give it to the mail person when they come. Usps please if you read this please fox this problem.

Best post office in northern Colorado and I only say northern Colorado because those are the ones I attend. Staff here is very efficient and friendly. Anyone rating this PO lower hasn't visited other offices. These guys rule!!!

I have never been in this post office and been treated rudely. The people are funny and very helpful.

I'm not sure quite how to respond except that I have the same experiences with this Post Office. I also receive packages that aren't mine. It seems that no matter to what lengths we go to enter a correct addresses or Post Office box numbers none of those notices are heeded by those who deliver the mail also, packages are or were delivered to your door so check out whomever lives in your unit
Call and ask for Postmaster manager BS! THEN GET CORPARATE NUMBER
&80620 ,my mail makes it but my packages are stolen non stop,it has to be an employee
Nope. There is always someone there.
When you first pick up your keys you need a lease or closing paperwork on your home. No cost for your initial issue of keys, usually 3 keys. If you need keys after that you will need to pay for a lock change and receive 3 keys again. With new customers and lock changes you will receive all keys for the lock (3). No additional keys can be made so if you lose keys you must pay for a lock change.
Look up the package tracking #. If you don't have a tracking # the po cant help you.
No, call your local post office and report it!!!
It could be many reasons one that your regular route post person is took the day off or was overloaded that doesn't happen every once in a while due to the fact that he has more mail one day than the other but I just asked him
Yeah that didnt happen..we were home when the tracker said "delivery attempted" and no note was left saying the usual "sorry we missed you"
I believe you can only print out labels when you pay for it at the kiosk or from the clerks. Otherwise you would have to print it at home.
No, unfortunately
No we do not offer copying services
