Using a car service, you can enter at 43rd street and 12th Avenue and continue to Pier 81 at 39th street ferry house.

There is a parking garage right on the pier right next to the Circle Line and one right across the highway.

It's a short walk

Yes there is parking. I believe it's 30$. We ended up using parking at a lot on the street across the road because we drove passed the pier 83 parking lot entrance. We paid 20$ so it might have worked out better.
