It’s an bi-level rooftop. One floor is indoors with floor to ceiling windows, and the other is outdoors. The view is beautiful on both floors… however you do get the full experience being outdoors.

Pool is open but keep in mind the pool is very small when I visited I did not stay at the hotel but I was told by one off the workers that the pool was for hotel guest and a reservation was needed. Hope this helps
