I dont know. Closed early on me one time, which stunk, service is a little rough, and the drinks aren't a great deal price-wise. But!! the drinks are good and the atmosphere is fantastic. I think it's at least worth checking out.

We went to the roof top bar to watch the sun set and it was a fantastic view! Derek helped us out at the bar and made some great drinks! I would definitely recommend going to this place. Took my mom who was in a wheelchair, and an employee by the name of George helped us get to the bar. He was also a fantastic help and a great person! One of the best experiences I've had in New York City!

Very good place and I've never had issues with my cards. Stand up staff great service.

I've never seen a cover.. unless the event is a private party or offering some sort of extra like food or open bar I would assume it to be free... to know for sure just call the Jame's hotel directly and ask.
