The above is correct. We were able to get up there without a reservation

I believe it’s open to the public all year around. For the polar experience we paid $25/person but with a cocktail included. You just need to check their website in advance as a reservation might be required. I would suggest two weeks in advance… They also have a nice restaurant on the ground floor that is opened to the public.
