Ambiance is everything! Gorgeous view of NYC, and the decor is beautiful! Servers could be a little more attentive, security was super friendly and accommodating, food and drinks were good, and prices were reasonable. Definitely one to check off your "list of places you make sure to visit in NY"

My siblings and I celebrated our mothers bday there last night and the service was TRASH. The drinks were over priced and we were racially profiled. We went outside for a smoke not all of our guest came down but we were chased down for our payment card by the waiter…. They thought we was gonna skip out on the bill so we gave them the card and before we could get in the elevator to go down The manager came back to us giving the card back stating we dropped the card but we didn’t drop the card we gave it to their employee and she was never supposed to take the card from us in the first place! Then we come back upstairs pay the bill only for them to tell us we need to leave and refused us anymore services.. they literally watched everything we did from the time we came in the door. I dropped my fork and before I could lift my head up from picking up the fork the man was in my face with a clean 1… I’m sure we were most definitely racially profiled and we will be contacting the owner. The manger last night swore he was the owner HE LIED!

Birthday celebration on 10/15/22 was ok. I was annoyed when I got there cause my daughter and husband had reservations at 5:30pm and called and emailed over a hour prior to getting there to let the establishment know that we will be running late and to move our reservations forward. No one answered the phone or emailed my daughter back. We got there and the hostess was completely disrespectful to my daughter. We did get a table/section but I was ready to give a 1 🌟 review when I sat down. The only reason this review is 4 🌟 is because of the manager Steven. He took time to listen to my husband and my daughter's issues that they expressed to him. Steven made my birthday experience better and I was able to enjoy the rest of the night. Thank you Steven 😊

Yes, it was kids in there when I went. I had reservations for 1pm on a Sunday, I don't know if they have different rules for the night time.

No, you don't have to buy anything to stay there. You can stay as long as you want. For the entrance fee part, it depends on the day and time. If it's too crowded or have a special event, they MIGHT charge a cover / bar tab.
