Apparently nobody taught NH otaku what "casual" means.
Its not effing casual at all if you are Male. Casual means shorts and shoes... this place will absolutely turn you away, even before 9pm with the no shorts policy for men.
Official policy is "dressy" and no sandals or shorts after 9pm. Not sure how strictly it's enforced or how they define dressy.
