Terrible place to live. They will take forever to repair something if needed. I waited 5 months for a huge hole in my bathroom ceiling to be fixed. There is a lot of theft in the building and they will refuse to check cameras, I suggest never ordering a package here. Terrible at communicating. They haven't answered my calls once or replied to my voicemails. They will sometimes reply to email albeit passive agressively. Currently the building is dealing with an internet outage since yesterday because the property manager didn't renew their contract with Spectrum and gave us no warning that service would go out. I work from home and now can't make money until they figure things out. I highly suggest avoiding Rushmore at all costs.

Signed a lease and moved in December. They place changed hands from Morgan Properties to Rushmore and so far they have paints the hallways and replaces outdated fixtures within the building. Outside they ripped out the front bushes and replaced it with mulch, although there's whipers of more to come. There are great tenants in this building. And I think most if them abide by the no smoking inside rules. Quiet halls, no real yard but pet friendly. Located walking distance to Cobbs Hill Park, Wegmans, Family Dollar, Aldi. Also convenient bus stops are righr out front. Welcome to the quiet end of Park ave!

DO NOT live in this building. The maintenance is TERRIBLE. I have had a broken light in my kitchen since March 24th it is April 20th & I'm still hassling them to come fix it. Not to mention the gas leak from my stove since March 1st as well as, not having an oven since March 1st (move in). I constantly call, email, go to the office & nothing. Completely ghosted. Currently reporting them for the multiple problems this building has. Black mold in the elevator, the garbage that just builds & builds in the middle entrance. They're more worried about getting more tenants than the ones living here already. Don't spend the money for this place. It is NOT worth it.

I'll start by saying that I never leave google reviews but as a current resident leaving in a few months (thank the lord), I feel compelled to warn the public about this place. This place is a dump and the management staff is rude. If I could rank this place in the negatives, I would. PSA to the public--if you come across this building during your apartment search, you should keep looking.
