When purchasing ANY tickets online it is always a safer bet to take a *Screenshot* of the barcode before waiting for a text. (Not just for this service but any purchases you make online; concerts, shows, tickets ect..)

I haven't used the website, but the app will send you ticket info within minutes. I assume they use the same system.
