I think they will be understanding and issue a gift card.
I would suggest buying your tickets on Fandango. They have a very loose cancelling policy. Just for future reference.
Yes. If you call them they will give you an amc pass for next time. But u won't be able to book online
Try speaking to the manager they will usually give you free passes for next time
