Staff here are so rude. The manager is particularly rude and has Zero customer service skills. I went in with two children and asked for 6 munchkins. The manager literally refused and said I could get ten. I informed them I needed 6 not 10 not 5. He stated he could not do that for me. I am a paying customer and he refused what I ordered. I walked out. I was in there giving them a second chance because they were rude three months ago also. But there are much nicer much friendly locations near by. The staff could benefit from a custom service class. The manager could also. Never going back

This is not my favorite Dunkin' donuts. Staff could be a little more attentive to customers. The store sometimes is not the cleanest either

I have not been in this Dunkin donuts in over three months. They are rude. The mask mandate is illegal and this staff will actually turn their back on you and refuse you service if you do not wear one. You can sit in line for 10 min and …
