My wife and I recently bought our car here and had an excellent experience. Our sales rep, Flavio, was a fantastic person to work with. He was never pushy or aggressive; he was always more than happy to answer our questions as well as give us time to shop around at other places during the initial search process. Michael helped with our paperwork and financing and was also a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the loan process and patiently explained everything to us. We'd both highly recommend Cityside Subaru to anyone interested in a car!

I have never had such a pleasant experience when buying a car! We worked with Junior and it was absolutely easy and enjoyable. He went above and beyond for our business! I will absolutely buy from them again and highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Mark in the sales department was incredibly helpful as I began the process of looking for a new Subaru after my previous car was totaled. He walked me through every option with specificity and in layman’s terms- he was not trying to “sell” so much as help me understand my options. I am consistently impressed by the directness and integrity that I experience at Cityside!

I entrusted this dealership with my Subaru for repairs. When I picked it up and opened my driver’s side door, my eyes immediately fell on a black, sticky, epoxy-like substance on my light-colored leather driver’s seat. Obviously, whoever had worked on the car had accidentally transferred the substance from his hands or rear-end to my seat. The car never should’ve been given back to me like that. The interior of this car had been in absolute perfect condition when I dropped it off - without a single blemish. I went back into the service area. The young man who’d been helping me with my paperwork took a spray bottle and rag to the sticky substance. He was able to get much of it off. But it was still extremely noticeable. Then the Service Manager came out with a different spray bottle and a microfiber cloth which he said would work better. He worked on it himself. At some point he said he had to stop because the seat material was ruined. The attached photos are the result. At this point, the Service Manager began to claim they “didn’t do it”. That maybe it was “there before”. Anyone who has ever dealt with me can see immediately that I am an honest person. Yet I stood there trying to defend myself at his accusations as he escalated the situation. I went back inside to try to find somebody to help me. Instead, all the service employees stood there and backed the service manager. This was done primarily by the young service associate who had just been trying to get the substance off himself, and in a way that was meant to frustrate me further. This was unnecessary. I left the dealership completely deflated and exhausted. I now have diminished value to my vehicle. Everybody makes mistakes. But when you make one, please, correct it.

Assuming you are talking about the "eyesight' feature of some Subaru models. This is not a feature of all vehicles and is not a requirement of the Massachusetts RMV.
