They do not allow to inhabit the place for more than 3 months and the rents per month cost from 800 upwards, it is really something expensive for what they offer

People breaking into your cars, r.v even when you are inside also stealing golf carts You tell the owner and she doesn't care Also ridiculous how they charged me 10$ extra for my 1, 2 and 3 year old a day.

July 18 2022 There was two very nice golf cars stolen out of the RV part . This has happened in the past. The own doesn't really seem to care. If you want you property stolen stay here.

Yes you can get cable TV and internet via Comcast. If you're staying long term. Some sites are already wired up from previous guess. Just call Comcast to open the line. 2nd choice is to use the free WiFi that's offered from Southern Comfort. I'm in the back of the park and the WiFi works just fine. Enjoy your stay.
They are hard to get a hold of I normally just show up when I work down there

There is no hot tub but it has an awesome pool. The people that work there are awesome. And it has a small sports bar. And the bartender is awesome also. Very good place to stay
Nice place gets a bit loud on weekends. Yes I believe you can stay long term.
9 am but if your early there's parking and security guard is very helpful.
