How much per month or per year, 37 foot fifth wheel

Way more then its worth. Better off going to key largo

Southern Comfort is an excellent place. Very quiet. We lived there for a year in a 43' 5th wheel. We paid just over $750 but that included electric, water & sewer. The other places we checked wanted extra for electric and we have 2 AC units so that cost would have been more than what we paid at Southern Comfort. The grounds are well maintained, staff was very helpful. We found it by a friend's recommendation who lived there before and goes back quite often for work.
