Nice place gets a bit loud on weekends. Yes I believe you can stay long term.
Long term.. I've been here 6 months. So I would say yes. This is a real nice place.
There is also a lot that some people use for storage. We are permanent residents here at the park and some park there RV in the grass lot for a monthly fee and then move it to a camping spot with hook up when they come down to stay.
Yes, 6 month rental. Just have to move lot after 6 months up because it cannot be a permanent address. Byt very nice park
