We already have our 'Readypass' where we declared everything (which you do at the counter when they ask all questions and you accept/decline) -so we saved almost 30-1 hrs time depending on the queue line. there was a lady, whose name starts with C (sorry, I forgot her name). She took us to the ready line, I tried my luck and asked for up-gradation and she happily obliged it. We got Jeep Compass and glad we asked for upgradaion. (We drove over 1600 miles in 3 days and it's very comfortable in SUV- so good decision). We were IN and OUT in 15 minutes with the car. even while returning the car, it did not take much time. car was clean, except exterior which you cant avoid. Good service, good time savings on a ready pass, and good management. Overall 5/5.

Super Nice Enterprise associates at the Denver International Airport! Team members and management were awesome network of individuals. Pickup they were very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. The car had issue during, so we returned the next day, afternoon team - 2 or 3 people jumped into action to understand the issue, then were very accommodating in finding replacement vehicle and getting us back on our vacation. The return, 4 am morning team members and the manager were very helpful explaining all the charges. We saw nothing but smiling and friendly group of young people making our vacation to Denver enjoyable!!! We will back again!

Honestly, I was unbelievably happy with the original service I received. The team were life savers and the manager went above and beyond to “help”. That is until I received and additional $800 charge, and additional charges completely differing from the original reservation and contract. Also making me a member of enterprise plus without giving us any information about any of this. We were told and shown the price, the deductible, and opted for unlimited miles. After we began signing, the person helping us needed help from the manager to “finish off things and make sure we got it all handled” and told us a million times not to worry, all while the manager said the same. They did some things in the computer, said everything was the same price wise and was still fine, and had us go by the car so she could finish going over the contact. It felt like the biggest stab in the back considering what an outstanding team they were. I already left an amazing review, we were so satisfied, and have basically been ignored since. I’ve been told the Denver office would call me for weeks now after contacting enterprise multiple times and nothing. This was my first time renting a car, I can sadly and honestly say I will never rent enterprise again.

I have been an enterprise customer for over 10 years and have been more than satisfied. This was the first time in awhile I needed to rent a car and specifically requested an SUV. I called twice before I arrived to confirm my SUV as I told them I would be headed to ski country. When I arrived, Me helle was very efficient in checking me in and getting me my SUV at a late hour given flight delays. She was courteous and complete, with a great smile. A day later, driving up to the ski location we started skidding. It was then that I realized I had a 2 wheel drive SUV. We were fine, but the lesson for me is be very specific about wanting a 4 wheel or all wheel drive vehicle. When a snowstorm had hit with much ice on the day we needed to return the car, I called and asked what the protocol or options where as I had previously been told I could not return it locally, it needed to only be returned to the airport, which was an hour away. On the day of the storm I was told there were no options, and I needed to return the car to the airport unless I wanted it towed. Needless to say this was not an acceptable option and she was clear I needed to get it back, with no consideration for the weather. After a very long, stressful and slow drive I successfully returned the car. I was greeted by Cruz who made me feel welcome and showed concern for my drive. He was efficient in checking me out and also exemplified customer service and more importantly customer care.

I suggest renting further away from the airport. Take a shuttle, taxi or Uber to another Enterprise or another rental company. This is easy! You'll save $ in the long run. There are extra taxes/charges added at the airport location. We saved over half by changing rental locations.
You just pick one out yourself when you arrive.
You can go online (enterprise.com) and modify your pickup or drop off, date and time however it may result in changes to your rate, taxes, etc.
You don't need to. A camera takes a photo of your lisence plate on entry/exit. It is then calculated on a by trip basis and sent to the address affiliated with the license plate on your vehicle. The cost is around 4 bucks. (each trip)
Yes, open 24 hours.
I don't know for sure but I think it is because you are buying the gas along with the rent for the car and the gas is part of that sale so all taxed the same. But I never pre-pay for gas and the extra tax is a minor reason. If you pre-pay you would have to return with an empty tank to only be paying for the gas you used. What are the chances of that happening? Every gallon of gas in the tank of your returned car is gas you have paid for and are "giving" to the rental car company. It is then sold to the next person. I pre-paid one time. The best I could do was only have a quarter tank upon return. I recommend you do not pre-pay. Then make sure you fill up shortly before returning the car. You don't pay the extra tax and you only pay for the gas you use. Howeve, remembering to do so, especially if you are in a hurry, can be tricky. Set a reminder on your mobile device and maybe a couple, one for an hour and another 15 minutes in advance. Happy travels!
All you need is a driver license to rent the car. They will charge you extra fee for being below 25 years old though.
They do hold a deposit, it's a percentage of the total I think. But if it's a credit card it should stay pending until you return your car when they remove the deposit charge off.
Yes Just rent from them at beginning of the month. I was all over the State Colorado, Wyoming. Every State I always rent from them my information and Insurance follows company and personal.
Our visit did not require car seats, but you you should get in touch with Denver Enterprise and ask them. They have an efficient business at Denver Airport.
All of the car rental companies on 78th have a shuttle to and from the airport
Yes there is. Look the number up on google..
When I picked up the car, it had snow tires mounted...
Not exact sure what you mean . We don't hold licenses, we just verify you have one and write down the number on the agreement.
I don't know. I'm pretty sure you have to declare them. Why don't you call and ask the company ?
Airport address. 24530 E 78th Ave, Denver, CO 80249 Same place of pickup
Yes, that is fine. Always check with the counter, to ensure no policy changes.
I recently rented an intermediate suv AWD (Nissan Rogue). At the time I made the reservation, the intermediate suv rate was less than the compact suv rate.
You should call them.
Yes, you can. It's also cheaper to rent a week Monday through Friday than it is the weekend...
You should be able to without any additional charge. I picked up at DIA and dropped off rental car at Colorado Springs Airport no problem, no additional charge..
Check with your hotel for suggestions first. You could also check with the City of Denver visitors and convention bureau. They should be able to point you in the right directions. Enjoy your trip.
Definitely contact the location you dropped the car ASAP. Have all your contact info ready and your rental contract number. Good luck!
They can. Definitely try to reserve one before getting there, and make sure to confirm at the counter/in the lot!
You can get a GPS system with any car
Yes it is everyday at anytime i work there
A premium SUV should be 4-wheel drive, but you can always specify. Steamboat is right along I-70, so you should have fewer issues than if you were on less well-maintained roads. It does help to have a V-6 at least as you go through the mountains due to the frequent ups and downs on the interstate.
I suggest renting further away from the airport. Take a shuttle, taxi or Uber. You'll save $ in the long run. There are extra taxes/charges added at the airport location.
I think so.. yes.. You need to inform them that you will be returning it on other location/ airport
There are plenty of signs as you approach the airport.
I would suggest all wheel drive vehicle
Yeah it's an off site rental, and i believe pretty much any rental available in the airport located at the same street. They will shuttle you for free and the bus leaves very frequently
No more space for skii equipments unless you can store skis on top, we were 5 people no suit cases tried to store 5 skis equipments it was Not easy, and it was minivan
The most luxurious of Ford pickups we offer is either an F150 Lariat of the standard F250 Superduty
Normally when you get the car you get a card with a USA number But before calling them you should report the incident with the police because they will ask you for a report number that they give you
Yes but only if you reserve in advance
Car rental return is clearly marked as you approach Denver airport.
I guess I hot it at a great time because I walked in and there was three clerks and two customers and I walked in and back out iñ just a few. Great car, they gave me an upgrade when they realized I was a senior. Great experience.
