People is line for over 30 minutes to get their reservations. No line for preferred members -- LAME. Why become a preferred member If you get treated like everyone else.

I guess I hot it at a great time because I walked in and there was three clerks and two customers and I walked in and back out iñ just a few. Great car, they gave me an upgrade when they realized I was a senior. Great experience.

Usually don't have enough employees for multiple lines ?? I THINK it should be first come first served just because some of us need rentals frequently shouldn't go in front of those why don't. Just My Opinion Tho
