Came here about a year ago and used the bed twice. I got a bad rash so I had not gone back. Recently, we went in to cancel my subscription, which was supposed to be $14.95 a month, but after looking at my statements, I was being charged between $16.45 and $40.20 monthly for over a year (I should've paid more attention, I know). The lady told me I had I balance of around $40 and that the charges had not gone through for several months. I can see on my statement I paid $16.45 on July 5 (less than a week ago from the time this was written), $26.45 on June 6, and varying numbers each month up to $40.20 for November last year. In the interest of not causing a stir, we paid the balance and were told the subscription was canceled. I will report back if I am charged next month- but it's not looking good. I will just have my bank cancel the charges and deal with it at that point since this is just annoying and unprofessional. When we went in to cancel it was wet and humid inside and just felt kinda gross. Add to that the fact that I quickly got a rash and that they can't even charge me properly, I am recommending everyone to go somewhere else.

Wow! I haven't been to a tanning salon in years and I feel so fortunate to have had Samantha there to help me through the whole process. She was super knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, happy and uber patient in explaining everything to me. The salon was really nice, very clean, spacious, and had so many great amenities! Thank you for such a positive experience with the BEST customer service. Samantha YOU rock!!!
